Visiting family...

Yesterday we all woke up to another beautiful Spring day. We were off to the outskirts of London to visit our Aunts. The children hoped their afternoon outing was a visit to their favourite park. I reassured them it would happen, because the weather was to good to be indoors.
Aunties were both happy to see us again. It was the usual for lunch, Aunt Mary's tasty sandwiches and crisps . After lunch Aunt Margaret took us all to West Harrow Park where there was a lovely interesting children's playground. It had a zip-wire. Tim and my little girl both had an enjoyable time climbing, swinging and running around while Aunt and I both sat on a bench and enjoyed the warm sunshine. We even had an ice cream to keep us going before supper. Because it was Friday we all had fish and chips for our main meal and more ice cream for our desert. We all had an enjoyable time with our Aunts before we all headed back home later on that evening.
